The seat shock absorption is nothing new. Just new for bass boats.

Yup, I’ve had these smooth moves suspensions in my boat for a couple years now, and I’ll never own a boat without them again. For big rollers, and especially those boat wakes that sneak up on you, they are an absolute back saver!

I looked at it - not thoroughly - and the only things that stood out to me were the storage compartment in the trailer step (it's NOT waterproof! Has an open grate for the bottom), the rod holders for the passenger are a different design, and the non-carpeted floor (which isn't new in the boating world).  Other than that...it's a bass boat.  Nothing really makes it any different that I could see.

Hard to tell if the build is any better than the competition.

The Vexus suspension system is a little different than most. Reminds me of the suspension system in an 18 wheelers driver's seat.

I still think the hull design is going to be what is different.  How that hull is configured will make or break the boat.....literally.  The construction process claims to be lighter and stronger.  I'll be waiting for the first big water reports on stress cracking and hull performance.  I could care less about looks and gimmicks.  They sure didn't make it any more affordable than current market offerings.

I don't think so.  My take on this is they went over every little detail, and made incremental improvements to a lot of things.  The hull is vacuum infused glass, which is state of the art hull manufacture.  Fancy speed boats are built this way, and painted over.  They've been doing it for years now.  The livewell gets improvement.  The cantilevered consoles are gimmicky to me.  Air ride , sliding seats seem cool.  I do like the cooler setup, and is it me, or does the seating area look way lower than the deck?  I know they tout the raised deck, but those don't look all that different from most new boats.  Maybe I'm used to my skinny hulled Bullet.  The lighting all over the place seems to be fad these days.  Even kayakers are running gaudy LED setups, lol.  The notched bow is weird looking.  I don't mind the lack of glitter.  Always hated glitter, but that's what you always got with a bass boat.  I do wish they had more color options.  So, I don't think it's any one thing, but the sum of improvements.  They sure as heck trademarked a ton catch phrases, lol.

That's right about when they did the reveal.  Look it up on Facebook.

Yep I feel like they looked at everything that a modern fiberglass rig had to offer and tried to improve on it, i agree about the seating area it looks low, almost but not quite similar to a multi species, I know it isnt a Multi species boat but the seating and the step up to the deck is reminiscent of one slightly. Its a shame they only have 7 colors right now, but I do like that its isnt gaudy big flake gel coat and is more of a paint job similar to a truck or car, i can imagine a matte black suzuki would look pretty sexy on the back too ?

We bought a Vexus vx21 ( Fiberglass) all black ...

we ordered it 4 month ago just the way we wanted it and we are very impressed and love it . Rides amazing and takes rough water great . Very smooth and fast boat ! Fit and finish is beyond what you would expect . We traded in our Phx 921 Phoenix for this one .
