Was looking for a thread on Sieberts swim jigs - but couldn’t find... looking for jig that is good around weeds, grass, etc.  There are a few options, which specific one do people that use them like best?

I have some of the grass, swim, and shot-caller, and they fish about the same to me. Same hook, i believe. Same angle line tie.  I like the shot-caller design the best because of the protected eye, but they all come through weeds as well or better than you have any right to expect of a jig.

Thanks RW... wondering if they also make a tungsten swim jig?  Thought I remembered that from the thread I can’t find... but yes, these look good -

Hadn’t thought of the shellcracker as a trailer - is there much of a difference over the traditional Menace Tail grub?

Completely different profile and action. You rig the Shellcracker through the nose,

point down, then up from the belly, through the body and out the spine so it looks

like a swimming minnow. With every Rage Tail be sure to separate the appendages.

I have a bunch of Siebert Swim Jigs, bullet jigs, and the swim jig I purchased a few years ago...They are as good as they get, awesome Hook, wire tied trailers and he can do colors to match any forage you want.

I had the owner make me a mix of colors and put together a batch for stained water, and he killed it....Prices are great and I only like Jigs that have top quality hooks. Pound for pound hard to beat his prices for custom jigs.

I really want to try this new head that Siebert has.

You also mentioned wanting a tungsten jig. This head design is very versatile. Great for pitching in and out of cover, or for swimming it over grass.

The Mini Swim will be available real soon in a full jig soon.  This smaller profiled swim jig will be a great selling jig.  Especially with the light wire hook.

The Pitchin jig makes a great swim jig if your looking for tungsten.

We also have a Grass Jig that swims excellent.  https://www.siebertoutdoors.com/Grass-Jig-481.htm

I have this jig on sale currently.
