I want to get 2 of my Abu Garcia Revo Rocket baitcasting reels cleaned. I just don't have the time or wherewithal to do it, I would most likely lose pieces or not be able to put it back together properly.

I called a local place, Thorne Bros and they don't service Abu Garcia and if they did it would have been $25-$30 to clean each reel. I was thinking $10-$15 each reel (maybe I'm being unrealistic).

Anyone know of anywhere?

Thanks in advance.

Look up Lake Fork Tackle Repair as they sell a DVD on how to do it yourself. DVD is like $25 and will save you hundreds of dollars over the years. If you have just the basic mechanical skills you can follow the directions and clean your own reels.

20-25$ Per reel + shipping  is what you’re going to pay for somebody that knows what they’re doing. I do believe DVT offers a discount for BR members.
