Hi all. I have been fishing most of my life. Mostly bank fishing for pike, cats, panfish, or whatever would bite. Last year I decided to start fishing regularly. I wanted to do more bass fishing. I bought a14 foot boat with an 8 horse on it and fished almost every weekend until August. That's when I bought a tracker 170 with a 50 horse from a co worker. I fished right through deer season!

Anyway, i have done all kinds of internet researching about fishing. Almost every time i searched a topic this site would be in the search results with a post about it. I figured i would join up. There seems to be a lot of good info flowing through here.

I’d say welcome as though I have been here a while but that’s weird since I just joined lol, hello! How you like your tracker? Just ordered a Classic and floorplan looks similar to yours.

I love the tracker. It's not quite as big as I'd like, but I think we always want a bigger boat. I fished out of it a lot last fall. It's a big improvement over any boat I've ever owned. It seems I can fish all day long and not get tired like I would out of the smaller boats. Being able to walk around a little and sit in comfortable chairs makes all the difference.

I looked at one of the classics at bps a week or so ago. It's the same boat as mine. The storage layout is a little different, but it's the same hull and everything I think.
