I use 15# invisx on my worm rod and swim jigs

20# abrasx or sniper on my other 2 jig rods. I really love tatsu, but its over my budget normally.

I tried braid and hated it.  I had to use 30Ib just to be able to cast it decently. Then i would get hung up and either have to pull boat into where i was casting, or cut line and lose 10+ yds every time. Then after each hangup i would cast it out, watch it go 20ft out, go thunk, and have the jig come flying back at me. I was using a duckett at time, so leader wasnt an option either with the micro eyes.

I use braid to leader on a dozen rods with micro guides.

It hung up everytime it got to tip eye for me. Alberto and fg both. Even when it would go through on a cast, it would either alter the aimpoint or cost distance or both.  Its one of a few reasons i refuse to use any micro eye rod.
