Super User MN Fisher Posted February 11, 2019 Super User Posted February 11, 2019 I sent an E-Mail to their support on Saturday - got this response yesterday "Thank you for contacting Tackle Warehouse. Due to technical issues with our wish list we have turned it off until we can rectify the situation. As soon as it is available we will have it up and running. We apologize for any confusion and thank you for your patience. Please e-mail info@tacklewarehouse.com or call 1-800-300-4916 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for choosing Tackle Warehouse." Quote
Super User fishwizzard Posted February 11, 2019 Super User Posted February 11, 2019 I am amazed at both how long it took TW to even offer a wishlist and how poorly the one they came up with is. This isn't some brave new frontier of online retail they are struggling with. Their website is generally pretty good too, which makes it even stranger. 2 Quote

I though the one they had was pretty good myself - I had three different ones set up and adding to the one of my choice was fairly simple. Not really any different than separate wish-lists on Amazon. Tizi Posted February 11, 2019 Author Posted February 11, 2019 Agreed, Amazon is the standard online for sure. TW does a pretty good job in my opinion, the wish list deal maybe should have been advertised on their site? Quote

The $50/Free Shipping deal is such a good fit for that kind of option I don't see how they don't offer it. 1 Quote

Bronzeback23 Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 Had a mini heart attack when I went on and seen all three of my wishlists gone. I had been getting my tackle resupply list for the year together and had over 100 items that I added whenever I realized I was out and would’ve taken me forever to re add and remember everything. So I called and turns out they are having problems with their website and it should be up shortly without losing your wishlists. The tech support guy told me I was the 20th one to ask him the same question. Lol 2 Quote

Okay, the e-mail I got didn't mention this. As I had a number of items in my three wishlists, I'm relieved that I won't lose the information...rebuilding them would have been a nightmare. 1 Quote

Hopefully he wasnt just feeding me a line since he had been asked so much! 1 Quote

Chunk_Chaser Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 I had the same issue. When the wish list option returned mine was gone. That was a lot of searching down the tubes! Quote

Chunk_Chaser Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 (edited) I’m not sure if it makes a difference but I always use my phone for TW. Just checked again. Option is there but when clicked says file not found. Maybe I still have hope.... Edited February 12, 2019 by Chunk_Chaser 1 Quote
Super User Log Catcher Posted February 13, 2019 Super User Posted February 13, 2019 Go to there website home page from a computer. There is a headline in the news section that says the wish list is under construction. All of you that think you have been saving money forget it. The bait monkey is waiting to pounce on you. 1 Quote

microotter Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 I can view my wishlist and all of the items are still there. I still can’t add to my wishlist—unless I am doing something wrong. Quote

This is on a desktop - if you're on the mobile app it might be a little longer. Quote
