Wondering if anyone has found a good online dealer for bulk line. Mainly interested in mono and flouro.

Would like to have have bigger spools to help cut down on line memory, and hoping to cut some costs of buying little spools every time i need to respool.

Thanks

Ebay, tacklewarehouse, walmart, the manufacturers website.

People actually shop at wal-mart? Poor saps.

Hadn't thought about ebay, have to check it out. Thanks

I agree with A-Jay.  Last year I hit the jackpot on Amazon with a 1000 YD spool of Invizx for $89 and it was level wound.  You have to keep watch though because the deals come and go.

For mono, have a look at T Line made by the Mason Tackle Company.  They're based out of and make all of their lines right here in Michigan.  We have lots of fans of the stuff over on Michigan Sportsman.  It's a rarity in that it's cheap and good, not much more than Berkley Big Game but a far better line.  http://www.masontackle.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=22

I thought that was most of Wally-World's customers...they certainly seem to be from the same family.

I will not buy anything from Wally-World...online or in store. Even if they were 1/2 the price of anyone else for something I wanted, I'm not giving them my business. Personal choice.

You might need to hit another jackpot. The link that AJay posted has the 1000 yd spool of Invizx for $65 after a 40% off coupon.

Mine was a year ago this month and as I said just keep watch because they come and go. This a really good deal and beats $79 I saw on the Walmart last summer.

If you make me buy a spool and it sucks, I'm coming after you. Better how?

Amazon and Tackle Warehouse has always worked for me.  There several great good lines that come in bulk spools (Big Game, P Line CXX, Invizx, Yo Zuri Hybird just to name a few).  It varies on which one is better with cutting down on the initial memory.  Some spools are so wide that they have the same diameter as the smaller filler spools.

It's thinner and more limp with very low memory.  I do love Big Game, but once you get larger than 12lb it's quite stiff.  An 1100yd spool of 12lb T-Line is like $13, give it a shot.
