I think I'm going back this evening. There's some Rick Clunn "RC2" crankbaits that are calling to me. Would of have been cool....maybe at the Classic....there will only be thousands more people though!!! 8 hours ago, volzfan59 said: My name is volzfan59 and I have a problem. Went back to the fishing show this evening while my wife, daughter in law and granddaughter went to a play. I bought eight Luck E Strike Rick Clunn RC2 square bills, eight RC2, series 1 "Freak" crankbaits and a bunch of local made soft plastics. To be honest, she left me unsupervised. There was a ton of cranks at the show!!! Quote
Super User Gundog Posted February 7, 2019 Super User Posted February 7, 2019 Got back from the Great American Outdoor Expo in Harrisburg and I've got a few gift ideas for those of you that want to get me a surprise for my upcoming 50th birthday. First is the ultimate river boat. I like the handles on the bench seat behind the pilot's chair. Your passengers are going to need them cause this beauty flies. The second boat is another on my dream list of boats. And here is why its on my "Dream" list. Can't wait till spring. Quote

Got to see and rub on the new Vexus Boats and Falcon Boats. Man, those are two sweet rigs! Not cheap, but in line with other brands. I picked up three out of production Lucky Craft "pop r's" for $20.00, clear in color. I may go back tomorrow to dig through some more of the bins. Are you talking about the G Splash baits? If so, those were great baits. Quote

Super User Munkin Posted February 10, 2019 Super User Posted February 10, 2019 That guy is running on plane thought 4" of water filled with rocks. Looking at that video I could run that boat down my street in a hard rain. Allen Quote
Super User Sam Posted February 10, 2019 Super User Posted February 10, 2019 Is it a "jet boat" with a jet engine? We use them in Virginia go to into the upper Historic James River to fish for smallies. The power plant is actually on top of the water and the water's force coming out of the motor powers the boat. Yeah but they were running hard over big, dry rocks. That’s gotta hurt the hull, even a thick aluminum or steel one. Looks like they’re up north too, maybe Alaska or B.C. I kept expecting to see a big moose or grizzly step out in front of them in one of those creeks ?. 1 Quote
