Have not received anything since. called them today, and women says reels were shipped, give it 7-10 days to receive, because they are on a factory audit. (why would it take Fed Ex 7-10 days, because of a factory "audit"???) she also said she had no tracking number for it from Fed Ex, because of the audit...??? Checked my credit card, and it has not been charged yet...??? Quote

You may have to make another phone call. I hope you get them as that is a great deal on some very good reels. Quote

A man this time! The factory has been down since last Friday, and nothing has been shipped since. "Government" audit was supposed to happen in Feb., but it happened quicker than expected. Back open for business yesterday. They are running around a week behind & tells me everything ordered since the shutdown is in stock, and will be shipped. My order has not been processed yet. We'll see...??? Quote
