I've been coming here and reading for years. So, i felt like it was probably time to sign up & join and begin participating. This sight has a wealth of knowledge, so I'm very excited to be a part of the community and make some new friends.

I've been fishing for over 25 years. Started off as a boy fishing some local ponds and small lakes for Largemouth. Then started wade fishing creeks and smaller rivers for Smallie's. Once i got a boat i started hitting all the bigger lakes. Now i feel pretty well rounded in most of the different styles of fishing. I would say that soft plastics are by far my love. Give me a 3/0 EWG & and soft plastic and I'm in heaven. With that being said though; it's hard to beat that explosion of a topwater strike, the vicious hit of a bladed bait (Chatterbait) or pretty much anything else. I love all forms of fishing as you must be adaptable for what the fish want on that particular day.

Looking very forward to meeting everyone!
