I might have a new fav for ya, I've been known to talk after a double scotch or bourbon neat . I'm on 'em right now, slow rolling a 3/8 one. That #3 is good for sure. 2 Quote

Super User Spankey Posted January 8, 2019 Super User Posted January 8, 2019 I prefer a Mepps or Panther Martin over the Rooster Tail Brand. Many many years ago when I first got on the river in-line spinners I threw a high percentage of the time. Really a carry over of trout fishing. Productive smallie bait. 1 Quote
Super User J Francho Posted January 8, 2019 Super User Posted January 8, 2019 Rooster tails have to be burned to get the spin on. Panther Martins are the best at slow rolling. 1 Quote

It's going to 55º today, so I'll give it a shot for a couple of hours. Sorry for hijacking your OP with booze. shoot me your mailing address on a PM and I'll put a couple of inlines in the mail for you if you want. Where did I put down my glass?.... Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted January 8, 2019 Super User Posted January 8, 2019 I use either Rooster Tail or Mepps. I'll fish with them when the bite slows way down. Always seem to catch a small largemouth, or panfish. 2 Quote
