I came across this old video of tuna fishing back in the 30's. It's amazing the equipment that they use and how many fish they catch. How they don't hook each other is nothing short of a miracle. Hope that you enjoy it as much as I did.

Great video.  This technique is still used modern day.  And for good reason I’d say!  That is some serious action right there!

When I worked at Bumble Bee Seafoods in Astoria Oregon I worked some days in the soaking tanks.  Found some of the old circle hooks that were used in the earlier days...

Thank you for posting this video, it is very good! Have seen videos like these before on Youtube. I have caught tuna both on lures and artificial bait and would like to try this type of fishing one day. Looks like a great whole body workout as well!
