On Day Two, Big Fish Jeff & I were able to hang 8 score-able bass on the scale. Swimbaits & underspins were once again being gobbled with reckless abandon. The High Light of the day and the entire trip, took place right after lunch. Big Fish Jeff made three casts neither of us will ever forget. They produced a 12.23lb absolute Monster of a personal best bass, followed up 2 casts later by another Grande Bass that tipped the scale at 10.58 lbs.

Truly an incredible day.

Can't wait to see parts 2 and 3 tonight when I can give them the attention they deserve.

Best believe I will be sipping a sweet Coke and spiced rum while viewing.

Super glad you're enjoying these @NYWayfarer

Part 4 coming later today and there will be at least one more video after that but it may turn into two.

We'll see.

What a crazy week.

They could use these vids for advertising the lodge. I know it worked on me. I am considering asking my two amigos if they want to go down there in 2020 based on what I am seeing.

From me that says a lot considering based on events of the past there was no way I was thinking of ever setting foot in Mexico again. :wink7:

Nuts when a 6 3/4lb bass looks little. Jeff with the back to back DD's, wow, that's living right.

Glad that came through on the video Blue -

But that's sure how it seemed to us - so pathetic that we were poo-pooing 5 & 6 lb fish.  In fact at one point I mentioned that I was "tired of catching 6's".

That's blasphemous !  I get a 6 lb bass here, especially a green bass, and I pasting that thing all over the place.

I had to cut all the 5's out of the video's because there were so many bigger.

Insane.
