ok so I got the boat out today the rain melted everything away.  

The name of it is a Nolco. never heard of that.

any it measures 11'6" by 40" at the bottom and the top is 48".

not sure of the brand it is gone as it now has search and rescue on the side so I am asuming that it at one point in time was used for search and rescue for fire department or something.

As for the serial number it is in side the boat. When i get it flipped over when everything is melted ill send you it.

Hull numbers will be for registration, serial number will be stamped on a metal tag and riveted to transom.  Pm it to me, do not post it. (for your own protection)
