I am looking for a medium action at the least and a true moderate action spinning rod 6' 9" or longer for small swimbaits, crankbaits like a shad rap #7 up to a wiggle wart or spro rock crawler.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Falcon crankster, they have several rods at different price points with the same ratings. I like mine for the 1/4 rebel crawfish, bandit 100’s, RC .05/1.0’s, exposed hook tubes and swimbaits. Weight wise the rockcrawler and wigglewart  would be in its sweet spot, but Ive never used a spinning reel for that type of cranking. Its called a moderate fast, which I think is accurate. Extremely lightweight and comfortable.

If I used a spinning rod for cranks it would be the new St-Croix Legend Tournament Glass.

I have the casting model and its amazing...

I second this ^

however what’s your budget?

Becouse and ugly stick spinning rod can also be a very good rod for crank baits. And inexpensive.

I have 2 St. Croix Legend Glass myself and they are spectacular rods.  But it all depends on your budget.
