What’s out there with fast speed ratio baitcaster, and a really good sensitive heavy rod?

I use a daiwa Zillion 7'4" frog rod for all the above. Ontop is the older TD Zillion in the 7 gear. 65lb braid, sufix or sunline fx2. My fluoro rod is a 7'6" Daiwa Tatula (the older black and gold model) with a Quantum Smoke "speed freak" with 20lb Sunline or berkley 100% in 17lb.

My heavier jig rod is a glx 894c which is a 7’5” heavy fast action rod and my frog rod is an imx pro 884c twfr which is a 7’4” heavy fast action rod. Both currently have 7.1:1 chronarch mgl’s on them

Honestly I think you are talking about two different rods. The best frog rods are a little lite to really handle the heavy punch rigs well.  For a great frog rod take a look at the Irod Genesis II Fred's Magic stick. It is an IRG754.

For true punching power Bub's Punching rod is awesome.  That is an IRG7114P.

I split those out into different rods...BUT, you could do all of that with the Zillion 7'4" H Frog rod mentioned once already above (or even the Tatula version).  It's a great rod - I use it for frogs, but it could be used for punching, flipping, pitching, swimbaits, a-rigs, etc....It's a little on the short side for my tastes with some of those, but it will still do the job well.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, for heavy cover, straight braid. For lighter, open cover and timber, straight fluoro. Frog is always straight braid. 50lb-65lb for the braid. 20lb for fluoro. I only use mono for topwater. This is how I do it, others will vary, of course.

My flip and pitch rod is 50lbs straight braid. In clear lakes I sometimes tie on a leader. My frog rod is 50lbs straight braid and never had a problem but lots of people use 65lbs straight braid. Crank I use Fluro

I have 3 combos I use for heavy cover fishing:

All have Daiwa Fuego CT's in 8.1:1 ratio, spooled with 50lb Original Power Pro Braid

7'3" H/F Custom built rod on an MHX MBR blank, this is my flipping/punching/big jig and t-rig rod.

7'3" Dobyns Fury 735C, this is my "all purpose" H power rod and is used for frogging, flipping, pitching, and more.

7' Daiwa H/F Aird X, nice and light for a "budget rod" It's my go to frog rod, and it's surprisingly sensitive for it's price point and I use it often for pitching.

I have a Daiwa Tatula 7' 4" H/F rod for frogging with a Tatula Type-R reel in 8.1:1 and for flipping and pitching I use a Daiwa Tatula 7' 6" H/F rod with a Tatula Type-R reel in 8.1:1...

I use straight braid for my frog rod and straight braid with a fluorocarbon leader if needed for flipping and pitching...

Irod genesis 2 Fred’s magic stick is specifically made for just everything you stated. I use it mainly for frogs and it’s amazing ! It’s super lightweight yet strong to

pull anything out of cover. Caught my PB of 7 pounds with it pulling along about 10 pounds of weeds. I use a quantum smoke S3 reel with 8:1:1 ratio to pick up slack fast.

I rod IRG754F about 6 years now, with Ardent 1100 reel and 60 lb Fins, it's my only heavy cover outfit, no leaders.

I don't do a lot of punching or flipping mostly heavy cover frogs and pitching where fish.
