Just purchased a 17 scorpion dc on ebay that is supposedly used 3/4 times. Took it out of box and it appears clean. Spin the handle and a significant vibration and high pich sound/not dc whine. I spooled it up an can feel it in my hand when reeling. So disappointed.  What could it be?

Doesn’t matter. Contact a buyer for a refund and if he refuses file complaint theough PayPal and they’ll make sure you get it back. It’s not worth dealing with a broken item. Why I won’t buy used.

He responded to me and said that he would give me a full refund, so i will probably go that route and pick up a new 150 dc. I was just hoping it might need lube, but didnt want to dismantle it
