That's like asking how long ya give a "spot" before moving. You don't know if decision was correct or not until you try it. To the second point, from my personal experiences with Green Pumpkin. How has that color been on the market? I've caught maybe a dozen bass during that time frame on green pumpkin. Green Pumpkin can no longer be found in my tackle box. If you aren't catching fish on green pumpkin you need to have the fish tested to see if they are color blind. 1 Quote

Last time I was in NOAL for work I asked one of the teamsters on the dock where to go to get some crawfish. He and one of his coworkers got into a pretty heated shouting match over what spot to recommend to us. We ended up trying both places and they were both great. So I can't speak to "refined", but in all matters of quality, I will trust a cajun any day. 1 Quote
Super User Raul Posted September 8, 2018 Super User Posted September 8, 2018 You name it and pretty sure I'll have it even though I'm not much of a soft plastics kinda guy, I like machine gunning with cranks and spinnerbaits and avoid soft plastics as much as I can but a man gotta do what he gotta do sometimes and if soft plastics are needed that's what I'll use and what I use 90% of the time is a straight tail 6-8 inches worm, used to be Mann's Jelly Worm, now it's Zoom's Trickworm, as for color it used to be purple now it's either green pumpkin or watermelon. Can't be more simple than that. 1 Quote
Super User Catt Posted September 8, 2018 Super User Posted September 8, 2018 @Raul Have you looked at Bass Assassin's Tapout Worm? They're 7.5" & thicker than a Trick Worm ? Quote
