Hi...first post here.   Great site!

I have a new MK 40 transom-mounted on the front of my Buster. The problem is that when in "Forward" the boat is pushed backwards so I have to use "Reverse" to make the boat go forward. With my old trolling motor, I switched around the control box/tiller, so that the prop assembly faced forward instead of to the rear. Can you switch the control box/tiller around on a Minnkota?

Yes you can turn it around, and I definitely would if I were you because with the prop leading the way it's just a matter of time before you hit a stump or other object and break the prop.

Exactly!   Also, it is a heck of a lot slower trying to go forward in "Reverse."    Anyway, I changed it around in about 5 min.   It was so easy that I feel kinda dumb even asking about it in the first place.   But with my luck, if I didn't ask, I would have broken something and voided the warranty.

Thanks for all the responses.
