The very inexpensive H20 Xpress Flat Sided Square Bill from Academy is a great budget option, especially when they go on sale several times a year. Bad Shad & Bluegill ate my fav colors.

I have both those lures and never use them . I tried a couple of times . One of those things where i didnt catch a bass and havent developed the confidence in them . The RC , I have both sizes .

If ya never throw em you'll never gain confidence in em!

The only cranks I recommend are Big M’s Crankbaits.  I have others, but these are the best I know of.

I bought so many of those Poe's baits after Clunn won the Classic using them. Only caught a few fish on them but they will always be in my tackle box.

Megabass Sonicside so far took over as my favorite non balsa flatside. LC Kelly J Flat and 6th sense crush 75 are close seconds. Balsa would be the Zoom WEC wobbler and Dbaits

I really like the KVD 1.5 and 1.0's in smaller creeks.

I've been eyeing the 6th sense for a while too, probably grab some soon.

I have some 6th sense crush 75x's that just showed up today thanks to this thread.

Have any of you guys who have this bait had issues with the bills breaking easily on them? Looking at the reviews on TW many of them have had issues with this and some say they actually broke in their tackle box without even being fished. Just want to make sure cuz if durability is an issue I may go with the Spro Little John MD.

I have not had the bill break on a flat 75x... but I have had several bills break on the crush 50x.

Well, ended up going with the 6th Sense Crush Flat 75x at the last moment of the TW Labor Day sale! I got 5 in different colors: Baby Bluegill, Chartreuse w/Black Back, Boiled Craw, Chrome Treuse Shad and Supermodel (which looks to me like a Sexy Shad). Hopefully I made a wise choice and hopefully they'll catch me some nice Fall bass. I still have the Spro Little John MD's on my radar though...maybe a Christmas gift idea :D.

I ordered a couple 75x too from TW, first time ever trying one.

Me too! Hope they work as well as everyone says they do.
