BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted August 15, 2018 BassResource.com Administrator Posted August 15, 2018 Who's going kayak fishing?! This Hobie kayak is the da bomb! https://www.hobie.com/fishing-kayaks/ Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted August 16, 2018 Global Moderator Posted August 16, 2018 Going to go Friday for a while in the morning most likely. Going to chase some dinosaurs and try to go for a sleigh ride! 2 Quote
Harold Scoggins Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Got back from some night fishing and getting ready for a nap. I'll leave the weekend to the crowds. Good luck and be safe. Quote
Super User DogBone_384 Posted August 17, 2018 Super User Posted August 17, 2018 I fished 7 waters over the last three days in the Cape Cod area with little success. The weather was more for swimmers and sunbathers than bass. My schedule is full until September. I’ll get back there when the water temperature gets back to the 70’s. Quote
kenmitch Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 This time of year + weekend + SoCal = zoofest around here making it a no go for me. Mid week is best if the heat index is tolerable. Quote
Jim Silva Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Dodging weather, gonna try to get a few hours in Saturday and Sunday am’s. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted August 19, 2018 Global Moderator Posted August 19, 2018 Operation River Sleigh Ride was a success! Quote
Hawkeye21 Posted August 19, 2018 Posted August 19, 2018 I don't get out fishing much this time of year but I do have a yearly fishing trip in September coming up. It's always a bunch of us on boats but I'm bringing my kayak this year. I can't help myself being on prime waters up in northern Wisconsin. Not only that but I should have my new kayak by then. Will probably be my last time out fishing. Having season tickets to Iowa football games makes this time of year very busy. Quote
haggard Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 Hobie PA12 on the Piscataqua River (Maine/NH border) briefly this evening. No fish, but not for lack of trying. 1 Quote
