Over the years I had a couple pairs of Oakley polarized glasses and they had a good feel I could wear all day with no issues.

I've had Strike King Monsta White I loved those, the had a good feel and again I could wear them all day.

My son got me some Renegade Ike sunglasses from Wal-Mart a few years ago and I hated them! They hurt my head and nose they weren't very comfortable at all. To replace them I tried a pair of Renegade Fletcher Shryock sunglasses from Wal-Mart and they were comfy and had a good fit. My only complaint was the lenses were too close to my eyes and my lashes would smudge the lenses and would frequently need cleaning.

A week ago I got an e-mail from @KastKingUSA advertising their sunglasses so I said "what the heck" and decided to order a pair. For $18 I they bomb oh well. I've yet to try the reels they off and to be honest at first I was skeptical of their reels being so good at such a low price, but after reading some of your reviews I'm going to give them a shot in the future. Anyways, I ordered them Wednesday and they showed up Saturday. I received a "your order has shipped" email exactly 1 hour before they showed up. I open the package to find a really nice durable case, a micro fiber cloth,  (I'm not sure what you call them) a strap to go on the glasses, and my sunglasses. These are $18 folks, and I got all this! I didn't get this out of my $200 Oakley's 10 years ago. First impression was obviously very good. Skip ahead to now, I work about 50-55 hrs a week outside so my sunglasses are on me all day everyday, these sunglasses rank right up there with my Oakley's I used to own. They are very lightweight so by the end of the day my nose and ears aren't sore. Half the time I can barely feel them in those areas. They have a secure fit so I'm not concerned about them coming off. I have a big head and fit great. I've been extremely happy with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone budget minded or not you won't go wrong. My only complaint and it's not a big deal. You get a little card that gives you a promo code and a website to go to and fill out a survey and they'll send you a free KastKing neck gator. I went to it did what was asked and it said there was another question, but there wasn't, I looked all over the page and nothing, so I missed out on the neck gator. Oh well though I got a steal with this simple $18 order. @KastKingUSA you have a winner with these sunglasses and a repeat customer when the time comes!

Strike King here.   I have had the same pair for 2 season so far and they held up great and are very clear.  I had a nice pair of Costas (in my pic  <--  that someone left in a rental car).

I've got to say Calcuttas.....I picked some up one day and love them...i have a pair of Costa blackfins with glass lenses and like the calcuttas just as good. The only reason I bought those Costas is because I found them new for REAL CHEAP online. They are super nice and all but no way I would pay full price. I do handyman work. Hahaa. ???

Thank you for providing your feedback here! Our sunglasses are pretty top notch considering the price. Affordable Innovation! We will look into the neck gaitor issue for you. In the meantime would you mind contacting customer service and letting them know at service@eposeidon.com?

Thanks,

KastKing

I've had my Kastking Skidaway's for about 2 weeks now and so far I'm very impressed. Comfortable and very light. Lense quality so far is great. Color and water visibility is spot on. So only time will tell if the lenses hold up but I think Kastking has a winner here!

I’ve got another recommendation for the even-more-budget-minded.

Knockaround. Scratched my prescription Oakley’s pretty bad, and needed a cheap pair to use temporarily. My girlfriend recommended the KA’s, so I went and checked em out. For $25, the polarization is incredible. Tons of styles to choose from (they look really good, actually), and any lens color you’ll need. Got em at Gander, but I’ve seen em at other sports stores.

$25!?!?  I swear they used to be like $7-10 a few years ago.  I was awful about taking care of glasses so I bought like six pairs of Knockarounds.  I think I have one new pair left in a drawer somewhere and one pair in my car for emergencies.  They were great for the price but did scratch very easily.

Might be why they’re a little more expensive, now. Mine have taken a few falls off of my head, no scratches, yet.

They also have cheaper, non-polarized models, I didn’t catch the price though
