Just came across this video while on facebook, and found them on tackle warehouse too, and I've gotta say I'm definitely interested. It looks super unique and promising, I definitely think I'll pick up a couple when they go on sale.

Have any of you heard of them before? What do y'all think?

They just debuted at iCast.  I like Live Target's frogs, but little else from them.  It's an interesting design.

Very cool looking bait, and innovative design. I don't necessarily see a spot for it on my box. I have never done well on any species using baits that look realistic. If anything, it may be decent bed bait in the spring.

I´ve been burned one to many times by Livetarget so...  i´ll wait for solid reviews on that thing before i even consider buying one, plus, i think it´s a little to expensive for what it basically is... a jig.

I find that most livetarget lures are designed with the goal of catching fishermen, catching fish is just a byproduct. Watching the video it falls like a rock and sits on the bottom like one too. The claws look like they will be too stiff and will lack action. Is the body hollow like a balloon or is it a soft foam. If it is hollow like a balloon I'm sure it will pop after a few fish or the claws will rip off like the feet of a lunkerhunt frog.

I remember reading a chapter in "knowing bass" that compared craw fish bodies in various stages of dismemberment to the number of strikes received by bass. The crawfish bodies that didn't have claws received more strikes than ones that did. Predators want an easy meal and bass are no different. A less realistic crawfish lure like a traditional jig will probably perform better and be cheaper.

Fool me once...

I've fallen for the "Man that looks cool!" trap that is Livetarget, not falling for it again. I've bought several of their baits and can't honestly remember catching a single fish on one.

Image result for and for that reason i'm out

It’s gimmick! Straight up live target always does this, ohhh no I’m not falling for this one, heck no, not this time...

They will do what livetarget baits do best, catch fisherman.

I will say that I'm not the biggest fan of Live Target lures either but they make one that works for me. The Bluegill crank is legit, the shallow 70 size in the matte finish, when the bluegill spawn that lure is deadly. As for the hollow craw bait, I'll stick to the regular jig and pig.

I own one and it looks pretty cool. Haven't fished with it yet but looks promising. The body is hollow like a frog and it comes with an extra set of pincers. For everyone saying it won't work or it's too expensive. It's 10 bucks , a regular jig cost around 5 bucks and trailers around the same... that's 10 bucks right there. There are a lot of gimmicks out there but I don't see how this is one of them... It's a jig and looks realistic. Don't knock before you try it. It's only 10 bucks.

saw them at BPS a few weeks ago and picked one up.  It looks great and worth a shot, imo.

I usually fish a bait before rendering any verdict. Sounds like your gonna have to tie it on and cast it out to see what happens.

Not a new concept, Mad Man came out with a Craw Tube years ago, you just put it on a jig of your choice.

I like the idea but what happens when the claws get pulled off?

Just use other claws from soft baits. I use that craw. I like that craw. I’m using the smaller version. I’m not much for what LiveTarget puts out generally.  My first one I had given to me. “It was like go try this and let me know.” Bass and Pickerel seem to like it up here where I am. I’m generally not a big fan of fishing anything too lifelike. I find them to get bit.
