Any thoughts on the "Eagle Claw Laser Sharp" double barb worm hook?

Yeah - sometimes it's hard enough to drive a single barb all the way through a bass's mouth. Why would you want to have to try and drive 2 barbs though instead? Not a fan

agree with @Team9nine . I have tried them, they worked, but you have to use a pretty solid hookset.

generally I prefer 1 small barb for a worm hook.

The double bard seemed to do more damage to the fish when removing the hook. that was a deal breaker for me.

I like single barbs too. Easier to get a good hookset

Other than fishing with particularly-active live bait, I can't think of any good reason for a double barbed hook.

I did not know about them.  Seems like a badly engineered gimmick, to me.

Agree with what has been said above. Would make it unnecessarily difficult to drive the hook through the fishes mouth and would cause more damage while removing it. No reason.
