As a bank fisherman who doesn't like carring around a bunch of tackle I find it very frustrating trying to bring spinnerbaits. Reason being, I don't like having such bulky storage boxes to carry in my backpack. What I think would be a great idea is to have like a Plano box with a compartment on the bottom or lid where you can take along 3 or 4 spinnerbaits laid flat under or above your other tackle.

Does anyone know if there is such a thing?

I would take a storage bag and just throw 4 or five in there and put them in my backpack.

I normally store them in a Flambeau spinnerbait box, but when I'm bank fishing, I'll toss a few into an open core Plano 3607, along with trailers and other baits that I will think about throwing.

I stick a wine cork over the hook point and just toss them into the front pocket of my fishing sling.  Same thing with jigs.

I store my spinnerbaits and my buzzbaits in a worm binder.  Two per page works great and takes up hardly any room.

They make 3600 size boxes with squareish compartments that hold spinnerbaits and other things pretty well, fly boxes, altoid cans, and double cd cases also work well. In a pinch, a piece of corrugated cardboard cut to size with the hooks stuck in it works good too. No sense over thinking it.

All of these ideas work.  Have tried them and found that for my kayak bag I just put a few in the square compartment  of my plano box and put other baits in the long narrow compartments.   For storage I use a plano box made for spinnerbaits.

I seldom bring a lot of tackle with me and often use a Plano 3600 style box that has dividers that allow me to store spinner baits.  Here is a box that I had with me yesterday.

I use a  Falcon FTO spinnerbait wallet.  It holds around 20 baits.

My Bud buys 4"x4" heavy Mil Ziploc bags off ebay, puts 2 baits in each bag and just shoves them in his pack. Works well. Brian.

Square tupperware sandwich container, keep spinnerbaits in individual zip loc bags when storing to avoid blade rust.

beat me to it. This is exactly how I store my spinnerbaits.

I use this method also, just leave an open slot for your favorite CD. ?
