let's just hope the Bears win next Sunday so the Eagles can get into the playoffs with a win against the Skins....

Eagles are getting hot at the right time as well as healthy.....once you get in, anything can happen

With the Bear game being flexed there will be a lot of scoreboard watching going on.

Nagy will play all the starters but if the Rams are blowing out SF by the middle of the 3rd quarter, I gotta believe he sits 1/2 the team.

I'd sit them too that late into the game if the rams are winning as well.  Just gotta hope for the best.  The vikings aren't really that good either and cousins is a big time choker so even with backups, Chicago could still beat them.  Only thing is they may want to see the Vikings instead of philly.

Totally agree, I'd sit the starters in the second half if it looks like the Rams are going to win. And that might work to our advantage. I'm not saying the Bears should lose on purpose, but I'd rather play the Viqueens at home the following week than the Eagles.

Sigh...

Welp. Josh Allen looked good in the second half today. Pretty stoked

about future potential. Hoping the off season shores up the O line and

brings in some *quality* WRs.

In the mean time, the Patriots....

Do I really need to finish that sentence? :(

They're just doing what comes naturally to them.

I may not follow football much, and I may have left New England 40+ years ago - but I still root for the Pats.

Indeed.

Until Brady retires, that is.

Its a shame for my Steelers that the new Baker Mayfield had to turn into the old Baker Mayfield in the last minute of the Cleveland/Baltimore game. But if the Steelers hadn't tied with the Browns and flat out lost to the last place Raiders that game wouldn't have mattered to anyone.

Tomlin is 5 years past when he should have been fired.

As good as the Bears defense can be, I find myself hoping the Rams get to play them in the second round.  The only way for the Ram offense to improve against good defenses is to play against them and learn how to beat them.  It won't be a surprise if a team with a good defense is in the NFC title game or Super Bowl, so the more the Rams can learn against the Bears, the better the Rams should fair down the road.  This will be an acid test for McVay to see if he can make his offensive prowess work against a good defense that recently handled his team.

If the Bears beat the Rams both home & away in the same season, then they indeed are the better team.  Good news for you Chicago fans, the long range weather report has it raining on Saturday the 12th here in Southern California.

The bears only scored 15 points against a below average defense. Mitch threw 3 picks and Gurley was a decoy /w some foot/leg problem the whole game. They're 5-3 on the road and they have only thrown 9 TOTAL passing TD's the entire season on the road and only average around 200 yards passing. Chicago averages just under 25 PPG on the road. If you throw out the outlier 41-9 beating of the hapless Bills, they only average 20 PPG on the road...The rams average 37 at home. Gurley and Tablib are healthy and I just don't see a scenario where Mcvay has been given 2 weeks to prepare against a team he just faced that doesn't have the Rams putting up 30.   IF the Bears make it to LA, I have zero doubt the bears will their tails kicked right in.
