So I haven’t gotten to use the rod yet but I haven’t found any reviews on the new 6th sense rods so I figured I would break it down in depth of what I just received. I got the 7 ft 5 Heavy moderate fast rod. Got it straight from the website. Called and talk to one of people at 6th sense and they seem nice and friendly about everything. It’s  a nice looking rod out of the package , all black and silver look to it. feels

pretty light, little heavier than say the Irod magic stick I got but it’s pretty close.  Balances very nice from tip

to end. The action I think is spot on with moderate fast. The guides are “medium micro” I would say.  It loads up nice as I was casting it in the front yard this morning. I like the foam handle handle it would help when getting wet from slipping on hard hook sets. The rod is very parabolic and when setting a hook it feels like it would use all the backbone to drive the hook in vs some rods just using the tip with little actual backbone setting power. I will Be out tomorrow morning to test it on the Water, more to come. The daiwa 150 HS feels amazin. As well. It has the spider on the top and side knob. It also is black and silver , it casts like a dream. Didn’t get much chance to use it on the water yet so also more to come.
