So one of my tires on my trailer has some grease that came out of the grease hub. On the outside of the tire, is this normal to happen here and there or is this something to worry about?
A couple days before I did push multiple times on the smaller rubber circle in the very middle of the tire.
I sorry but I'm new to boating and trailer and pretty much anything maintenance related to boats.

How long has it been since you put new grease in there and how long has it been since you have put in new bearings?  As the grease gets older it gets thinner and is expected to have a little come out.  What you have looks normal to me but looks like it is time for new grease

It's quite common to over grease hubs, as there is a grease nipple there, and sometimes get pumped full to the point it literally comes out of the inner seals or the weep hole, and ends up on the tires.

If the hubs are full, they won't take on any amount of water even if you parked the trailer in the lake.

Myself, I check/grease bearings in the Spring, and give them a squirt during the season.

I'm no bearing expert but is your hub "notched" or bent?  Looks bent to me and that would cause a weak seal from the rubber cap.  My last boat had those bearings and the rubber caps had a habit of cracking or weathering and leaking.  I was replacing them fairly often.
