Bane Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 I use them all the time here aswell. On the Potomac and Upper bay they are deadly, One of my strong points is fishing gin clear water, thanks to the reservoirs around here I can adapt a little easier now. Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted December 4, 2006 Super User Posted December 4, 2006 About 3-4 years ago I threw a spinner every time I went out. When I started fishing plastics, the spinners started collecting dust in the basement. Earlier in the fall I started using them again and I'm glad I did. They kept me from getting skunked twice this year. Quote
GAMEOVER Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 They don't understand how the different arm sizes and materials that the blade arm is made of effects the amount of vibration the lure produces. They don't understand how the materials a skirt is made of and how it is trimmed can make a difference on how much motion it has in the water. They don't understand what blades work better in which water conditions. Can you fill us all in on what blades to use under what conditions, water color, etc? What spinners do you use Senile? I have very limited use of them, I had 20 some Terminator spinners but they all were stolen last spring. So im not sure if I even want to buy anymore or if I do what brand to stick with. I was thinking about buying the Secret Weapon Spinnerbait set since I rarely use spinners and this set seems to be well made and very versitile. I will throw on a lipless cb in my whats called spinnerbait situations for now. Quote
