Vacation

First time posting. Hi Everyone. I'm going to be vacationing in Glendale, AZ. from Aug 2nd through the 6th. I'm looking for someone who enjoys bass fishing and would be willing to have me as a back of the boat passenger for one morning while I'm there. I will be bringing my own gear. I will be staying closest to Lake Pleasant, but I'm willing to go most anywhere. I'm an avid fisherman from Iowa that fishes area team tournaments here. My family and I are going out to AZ. to visit family we have there. I'd like to get one fishing trip in while we are there. Thanks.

Welcome to BR. Mid Aug in central AZ is both hot and can have monsoonal humidity, think night fishing.

You want to try contacting John Murray, he lives in the area and guides during the off season pro schedule and should be able to help you find a ride.

Hey Tom...just curious...is this the same John who fish's the Elite's and has moved to Tennessee?  Or am I thinking someone else...tks

John Murray fishes the Elites, didn't know he moved? he still has his guide service listed in AZ.

Hmmmm...talked to him at a show out here in Knoxville.  Believe he now lives down on Watts bar with his family.  Don't believe he has been here that long.  Couple years or so.
