What paint would work best for brass slip sinkers?

Posted

Powder paint never tried it on brass but everything else holds up good.  Might have to sand them a little bit to give the paint something to hold on to

What dsqui said. Sand the brass lightly then powder paint and then bake the head.

Thanks. Any standard spray paint washes away quickly. Ive painted lots of lead weights with spray paint, and they last a while. Not so with brass

If you want it to last even longer you can clear coat the baked brass weight with epoxy.
