Checking these out, and also the Phenix lineup of rods.  Anyone have anything to report on the Ark lineup?

I use them, abuse them, and love them.  I made a blind buy and glad I did it. I've got two Invokers and a Tharp series rod.

No, but check out TackleTour's review of an Invoker spinning and casting rod.  Both received a best value award.

I'm kinda diggin those Tharp Series rods.  So many good choices out there.  I can't afford $500+ for some of these rods, and every time I get the itch of stuff like that I remember catching bass on finesse baits and ugly sticks when I was a kid.

Not knocking the guys who spend serious coin on the high dollar stuff, just saying a $130-$180 rod can still be a pretty darn good rod.

I enjoy using it.  Very refined for a $130 rod.  The Invoker rods are my favorites.  Well worth the money with a solid warranty backing them.

Have the Invoker 7'1' medium spinner for shakey heads and etc. $150 rod but the deal with the Invoker is its a higher end blank that has cheaper components (guides and reel seat) to keep the price down. I love the blank but not a big fan of the reel seat. On some hook sets i can feel slack or a looseness where it meets the blank. Not bad enough that i worry about it coming off but it can be quite noticeable at times. Other than that i love it for the price. Very good sensitivity.
