jtharris3 Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 NO! as evidenced by my recent $400 BPS order.... 1 Quote
Super User MassYak85 Posted June 14, 2018 Super User Posted June 14, 2018 I hope not lol. By nature I always like to tinker with and improve things so I am almost never perfectly content with my setups or gear. Going into this season I'm about as content as I'll ever be though, I have more than enough lures and have plenty of rods to cover my bases. If I ever feel I've actually filled in every nook and cranny there is to fill I will probably take up lure-making as a hobby since I'm sure it will turn to "I wish I had that" to "I wish I had what no one currently makes". Seriously though I've been talking a lot about getting an aluminum tiller bass boat this year if I can find something that works. That means I need at LEAST a few more combos to keep the decks full and plastics to keep the bins full. It was unintentional, but it works! Quote
Super User fishwizzard Posted June 14, 2018 Super User Posted June 14, 2018 I could likely go for a few years just fishing the lures I have, maybe only having to rebuy a few types of hooks and line. I still buy a little stuff here and there, but I try to give away as much as I add. Last fall I gave my teenage nephew a bunch of lures that never even saw the water, this fall I am going to do the same with the goal of getting rid of everything (especially plastics) that I have never used. I did purge a lot of plastics a couple months ago. I had colors that I had bought years ago and never even opened the bags. I got rid of most of them except for about 5 or so core colors that I use. Super User burrows Posted June 16, 2018 Super User Posted June 16, 2018 I try to be content with the little I’ve been blessed with but yet I still feel the need for more ??♂️ Quote

jbmaine Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 Last week I would have said I was done, but as we just got back from the KTP with more plastics and hooks, I guess not. Quote
