John Tom Posted June 9, 2018 Posted June 9, 2018 I have read alot about rigging up more then worms. CREATURE BAITS! Has anyone done any good at doing this? Quote
CroakHunter Posted June 9, 2018 Posted June 9, 2018 Creatures, craws, and lizzards I've had success in wacky rigged. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted June 9, 2018 Global Moderator Posted June 9, 2018 Tubes have an especially good gliding action when wacky rigged. Quote
Phil B Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 A 4" tube nose hooked or hooked through the middle is killer, especially if the bite is tough. Use your imagination with creature baits. If you present something bass haven't seen you may catch a trophy. Quote
Big Swimbait Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I like to wacky rig a Fluke or any other soft jerk bait. Quote
HeyCoach Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 How do y’all orient the hook when you wacky rig anything other than a worm? Do y’all go across the body of the bait same as a Senko? Quote
Super User Darren. Posted June 10, 2018 Super User Posted June 10, 2018 Yup. I've wacky rigged most of the plastics I have at one time or another. Caught some beasts during spawn several years back wacky rigging a lizard. Quote
