I think since I am hypochondriac about reels. I do not seem to recall this noise before. I sent it to Lews, told them the problem and they cleaned it and sent it back, same noise... Is this seem normal to you? When resistance is placed on the spool it makes almost like a zinging sound and you can feel it in the gear box... video is below do not know how well you can get an idea...Thank you.

Those are not normal fishing motions. It doesn't mean much. It's very common for these new light weight reels to emit some sound especially after being cleaned and more free. It has nothing to do with worn gears or grease not adhering. All grease is, is solids used as a medium to stick oil in place. Anything more than a film gets squeezed out, flung off and lays in the bottom of the case.

yes but the noise started with normal fishing motions and is still present...
