Quarry Man Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 I have two broken rods that I purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods but i lost the receipts. Both rods broke. one has a broken guide and the other broke in half. I know that they carry both models in store, but not the same length and action. My question is will the store allow me to exchange both rods without a receipt for different lengths? oh and i put winn grips on the rod with the broken guide and left the plastic cover on the cork on so the rod will look brand new. and it was barely used Quote

The last one I had repaired cost like $20. If you are willing to travel to MD I have an amazing rod repair guy. Toms Custom rods is located in Bel Air MD. I chucked the receipt but brought it in anyways and they replaced it with no questions. But I'm pretty sure it was logged in my Dick's rewards card so maybe they looked it up that way. 1 Quote
