It would help if you told us where you plan to launch from. It's a big lake. 

 

Anyway...

If you're going out of Clewiston come out of the lock turn right and head for So Bay. 

 

If Okeechobee or Okeetanie you can fish the river or go into the lake head 2:00 and fish the shoals. 

 

If Harney Pond, go into the lake, turn left and go about 1/4 mile and start there working your way north. 

 

If J&S I'd start at the lock and head south.

I didn’t do well. But heard 28 pounds won out of clewiston yesterday.

Yep

Winner stayed South. 

There's been 20+ bags coming out of there for months.

I need to figure something out as well on Okee. It's been kicking my arse lately! I usually start around harney.

Try the points on the back side of the shoals.
