That's not my motor ~

I snagged that pic from the interwebs.

And for the record, I've always felt that if it needed one - it'd come with one.

That's where I've landed...but thought if you had one, it was worth asking about...

SO much for that...?

I'd use one if you bought it for me though.

I want a black one.

I was thinking of getting two of those ninja grass blades I got a 50lb bps prowler and I want to fish areas that are heavier in grass but don't have the money right now for the trolling motor I really want, wondering if this ninja grass blade will help out my 50lb BPS prowler?(16ft Fiberking Bomber fiberglass)

I want red, but none of that metalic stuff - has to match Santa's coat within a ΔE of 2.0.*

Does the grass cutter do a good job?

Yes.  Here's an earlier topic about it:

My trolling motor is a 112, so can't say how well they work on a 50".

I can tell you that on the 112#, I can create habitat edges and nice slots in weed beds where ever I want to go.

I have both the ninja and the G-force nut on my motor, and I wouldn’t own one without again. The ninja is absolutely awesome at clearing weeds off the motor, well worth the investment. As for the prop nut, I’m not sure if it makes a huge difference in the noise if the motor, but it is super handy to quickly remove the prop to check behind for wound up fishing line etc. ( which I check after every trip out).

Good thought.  I'm not that dedicated to checking for line and junk behind the prop...but if it was easy, maybe I would be...

Will the ninja work with keeping lilly pad stems from wrapping around the trolling motor blades?

I go through milfoil so thick you can't see through it, with no problems

?had some braid get wrapped in mine last weekend.  pulled up the motor, removed prop,  back to fishing in 2 minutes without tools. just be careful not to drop the nut in the water!!
