selB Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 Hello everyone, I've been fishing all my life (primarily lake fishing for bass, pickerel, perch etc.), but have done my fair share of off shore fishing for shark, strippers, and blue fish). I'm from NY (westchester) and turn 30 next month. I joined this forum to learn some things and bring my fishing to the next level. I'm looking to learn more about fishing patterns with the weather, time of year, and time of day. Below is a pic of my best bass this year. Of course i didn't bring my scale that day, but she is easily over 5 lbs. 1 Quote

selB Posted May 22, 2018 Author Posted May 22, 2018 Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'm excited to improve my fishing knowledge and hope i can return the favor in some areas. I'm heading out to a small lake in my area this Sunday with a couple of friends. its about 80 acres and is row boat access with no motors allowed. Should be a good time. Not sure what to focus on this time of the year in the north east (NY/Connecticut area). I hear people saying all kinds of things. Quote
