I want to order some Optima batteries for my boat which will be delivered in the next 3-4 weeks. If I order them direct from Optima now and they sit for 3-4 weeks not on a charger will that hurt them?

The new batteries should have the terminal protected so very little discharge will occur.

No it won’t hurt them.  In fact you might get batteries that are fresher than those sitting on a retail store shelf for months and months.
