Hey everyone, I was wondering if anybody has ever fished Contra Loma Reservoir and cound give me some information along with some tips. I have never been there before. I was wondering the characteristics of the lake such as is there weeds, rock, water clarity, and depth? Are there any specific lures that are good at Contra Loma?

I looked up this county park lake and deterimed it's a descent size and stocked with rainbow trout. There are a few current utube vedio's to look at that clearly shows the terrain and lake shoreline.

It looks like you could use whatever you like from trout swimbaits to bottom soft plastics.
