Super User NHBull Posted April 14, 2018 Super User Posted April 14, 2018 Gents, I have a 112v Ulterra and was looking to pick up a back up prop which only led to more questions. There is like 8 seedless prop, a couple power prop, all with few reviews. what do you guys run? thanks Al Quote
Super User Log Catcher Posted April 14, 2018 Super User Posted April 14, 2018 I am only running a 45 lb thrust Motorguide with a three blade prop. I know a fellow that repairs trolling motors for a living. I asked him about the two vs three blade props. He said you are always better off with a three blade as it is much more weedless. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted April 14, 2018 Super User Posted April 14, 2018 The MK prop is indestructible. Pick up a package of shear pins. Once a shear pin gets bent, it will cause the unit to be noisy and vibrate. 1 1 Quote

sully420 Posted April 18, 2018 Posted April 18, 2018 Just get the weedless wedge 2 and a couple shear pins. You probably wont need the prop but the pins are key. Quote
