Chuck_55 Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 Hey guys just got into bass fishing a few years ago and really have only fished small ponds. I have two combos one being a Abu Revo Sx in 6:4:1 paired with a Dobyns fury 663, and a St Croix Mojo bass 7” med heavy paired with a Shimano Curado 200. I’m currently looking to add a spinning reel (Pflueger President 6930). Like I said I’ve only fished small ponds and just got a boat this year so I’ll be hitting lakes here soon and need advice and thoughts on my current setups or ones I’m going to need. Thanks! Quote

Super User Sam Posted April 6, 2018 Super User Posted April 6, 2018 Chuck, glad you joined now that basketball season is over!!!! UK doing well in baseball so far. Welcome to the Forum. We look forward to you input. And your support during football season when we can use all the SEC guys we can get. As for your setups, if they work then keep using them. We all have our own favorites and if you ask your question in the Rods and Reels section you will receive lots of input. Geaux Tigers. 1 Quote
