Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted March 25, 2018 Global Moderator Posted March 25, 2018 I used to use Gulp! spray all the time and actually felt like it did help quite a bit at times. I spilled a bottle in my boat once and stopped carrying it after that. 2 Quote

Super User Darren. Posted March 25, 2018 Super User Posted March 25, 2018 I've used a number of attractants over the years, and the one I think you're referring to is Bang. I actually have a spray can in my kayak. I do like the stuff, but to be honest, I don't know if it ups my catch rate or not. Caught so many bass on stick baits I didn't put attractant on that I'm not sure it matters. And yes, I have used Megastrike. I do like it a lot and perhaps it really does help. I can tell you one thing, it helps slick the worm through weeds and grass! Quote

Forget the messy sprays that go everywhere in the wind and leak. The spray also comes off after the first dip into the water Megastrike is a gel. A dab between the index and thumb massaged into a bait last’s a good while. Wipe your fingers on a bait towel and you are good to go. 12 hours ago, Slade Carroll said: does anyone know what that spray in the black and gold aerosol can is called? Thanks. I do believe it’s called Bang. 1 Quote
Super User Catt Posted March 25, 2018 Super User Posted March 25, 2018 I use "worm juice" for two purposes first as a lubricant because I fish in grass a lot and the "worm juice" helps my plastic baits slide through easier. I use Fish Formula II or Baitmate (clear) with a ½ oz of 100% pure anise oil added; this is to mast any odor my plastic may have pick up. Quote
Super User Munkin Posted March 25, 2018 Super User Posted March 25, 2018 I don't think any of them actually attract bass, catfish and other fish but not bass. Allen Quote
RUSS9999 Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 Like Catt said, baitmate with a 1/2 oz of 100% pure anise oil added to it. 1 Quote
Super User scaleface Posted March 25, 2018 Super User Posted March 25, 2018 Berkely Strike and Real Craw . I'm out of both . Quote
punch Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 A lot of tournament guys up here like JB's Fish Sauce. Been meaning to try it out. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted March 27, 2018 Super User Posted March 27, 2018 I don't use any spray. JJ's and/or Megastrike. 1 Quote

Super User WRB Posted March 27, 2018 Super User Posted March 27, 2018 Don't use spray scents. Use gels like Pro-Cure for soft plastic swimbaits and Hot Sauce for worms, giving MegaStrike a try the last 2 years but see no advantage so far, both are good. I don't use added scents with Berkley Power Baits or any hard lures. Tom Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted March 27, 2018 Super User Posted March 27, 2018 Bang Craw/shad combo. Quote
