Just bought a Shimano Curado K and was looking to pair it with the Denali Kovert Lite and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this particular rod from Denali?

I’m stuck on the Denali brand because I have a discount with them but I want to pair my Curado K with a good rod so I would be open to any suggestions as long as they are Denali brand.

I handled the spinnerbait model, it was awesome feeling in hand. Super light and they had the right action in the rod for a spinnerbait. Seemed like a solid buy to me.

I bought this rod I wasn’t happy with it at its price point, I returned it but it’s super light it’s sensitive I don’t think a curado k would match up well with this rod it doesn’t feel like a 150 rod more like 100 dollar rod with its components the k is to much reel for this extremely light blank.

Im not sure if you remember @CroakHunter but I posted a picture of it.

Try it in store to see if it matches up for you.

This is true, just because the rod wasn’t for me doesn’t mean it’s not an optimal rod for The Op!

I unfortunately won’t be able to have th rod in hand because I don’t have a tackle store anywhere near me with these rods and I’ll be ordering it online. Have any of you all tried any of the other Denali rods?

I've tried them all and own and fish the Attax, Kovert, Lithium and N2's.

What are you looking to do with it ?
