Nathan Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 I just got a new 201 curado k, and I have no complaints but I just noticed that the spool is very wobbly, like it moves side to side a lot. Is this normal on the curado k or any other Baitcasting reel? 1 Quote
CroakHunter Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Tighten your spool tension knob and it won't wobble. This is normal 4 1 Quote
papajoe222 Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 I'm not familiar with that reel, but if tightening the spool tension doesn't eliminate the problem I'd take it back to where you purchased it and get an exchange it. Don't mess with taking it apart and attempting to 'fix' it yourself, you may void the warranty and end up with an expensive paper weight. Quote
TylerT123 Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Mine does that too, Curado 200 K here. What are you going to use it for? Quote
