Hey yall,

I picked up some Sebile squarebill sunfish a year ago on a sale and oh my gosh did I love their action. I found a few again on sale this year at a grocery store of all places for $4. They are almost always on sale when and if I can find the brand. They run true and erratic out of the box, decent hooks and the weight system is fantastic for the price. Anyone else enthralled with their other proucts? Are they hit or miss?

I need to get into hard jerks since I love soft jerks but I need to hit a better depth consistently. So how are the bull cranks, bull minnows and flat shads?

Thanks!

I truly need to move someplace where the grocery store sells fishing gear.  All they have here are sushi & kale :annoyed1:

Sorry I don't have anything meaningful to add to your post.

My experience is pretty limited, so not much meaningful here, either....but I have owned 1 each jerkbait, lipless and crankbait from Sebile.  All looked pretty sweet in and out of the water.  Not one of them ever triggered a single bite, however.  Not an indictment of the brand, because I've only used them sparingly, but never got close to having enough confidence to keep throwing them.

I like their Magic Swimmer.  Nice beginner hard swimbait that doesn't require special tackle to fish.

I really like their 1\4oz lipless cranks, I have a few of them and they all run true at most any speed and produce well for me.  They also seem to cast further then the SK 1\4oz ones.
