I know that this is old news as they have been out for a year or so now, but I have not heard much feedback on the berkley hardbaits. Good or bad.

The other day walmart had a 3 pack with the squarebill, the bad shad, and the digger 8.5 for less than $10. I picked it up and I must say that out of the pack I'm impressed. I've yet to throw the baits, but the paint schemes are awesome, the hooks are very sharp, and they seem to be very well made. The digger crank seems like a heavier, plastic DT6, a bait which I love. I could see this bait being better equipped for power fishing as opposed to a lot of the finesse cranking I do with a DT6.

Does anyone have experience with these baits and any of the others? I took a look on TW and the jerkbaits look very nice, as well as the lipless bait.

I picked up that same pack. Baits look great and use the new Berkley fusion hooks I really like.

I am also in a waiting and holding pattern with the weather. Can't wait to get out and throw these lures.

I wish  my Walmart was as good as those of some of you here.  Just about the only such baits that they ever have is some Rapala... not terrible, but I'd like some more variety.  They never have more than a dozen different plastics either, and I haven't found anything on clearance there.

The only Berkley hard baits I have are a couple of Cutters.  Picked them up this winter, so I haven't used them yet.

I have bought several of these lures and I agree that they look great and have good hooks. One of my squarebills has the eye of the bait fall off on the first trip throwing it but I still use it. The 8.5’ diver. It caught a few fish bouncing it off of a brush pile. I would like to try some more of their lures because they are at a nice price point.

I've tried all of them and the only one I haven't liked is the new Juke. The skinny cutter, cutter, warpig, digger, wild thang, bad shad, dredger, and pitbull have all been solid baits. I really like that they're reasonably priced and they come with good hooks.

I have a bunch....they look good. But they just don't seem to make it out of the the tackle box and into the water over my favorite SK hard baits. Maybe this year.

Academy has a lot of them on clearance right now too for 4 or 5 bucks. I just put the 3rd set of trebles on my first skinny cutter. It's caught so many fish that it barely has any paint left, just the hologram inside the bait.

The dredger is one of the best deep cranks on the market. I also really like the wild thang for a hunting style crank.

The only ones I have used are the Dredgers and they have become my favorite line of baits , They just came out with an 8.5 , I ordered three and itching to try them out  .  Bassmaster sent me a Wild Thang .

As Bluebasser has proclaimed, the skinny Cutter is the real deal!  Note to Keith O. (Berkley hard bait engineer): Don't mess with this bait!!
