Am looking for a epoxy to put on the hooks that I made with the Mono line. It looks like I need to add but I want a small or reuse epoxy.

Dont want to get something then it becomes a one time thing, I meant, I only have ten hooks to do.

However, if there is an alternative way of doing this which I could use the gorilla super glue.

It's kinda of "waterproof for 500 hours. Feel free to let me know if there is one

THanks

I use clear nail polish hardener or a clear coat when tying my trebles. Works great for feathers but you might want to try a clear super glue to hold it more in place if its not at the desired angle.

What about a UV acrylic like this one that Orvis sells.  You'll need a UV light that sets the acrylic in a couple seconds.  Fly tiers use this to make flies and it's hard stuff.

I do some weedless guards with thread and hard as nails. Epoxy will work great, but a bit of over kill I think. I'm not a fan of superglue, but it will work. If you are really getting into doing a bunch of baits, the uv curing glues are awesome.

Devon 2 ton, 2 part epoxy. It hardens fast, waterproof, and has a long shelf life as well as being awesome for many house hold tasks. The lure in my profile pic is sealed with it. Another lure I did was hit by a 9 foot gator and I fought him for 20 minutes the seal was so good that the Lure remain untouched and only two small chips of paint and sealer came off.  I still use the lure today it's one of my most productive. Get the thirty min stuff (actually have 12 - 15 min use time).cures to full strength in a few hours. Great on braided lines!
