It's still in production, you can buy them here

http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Shimano_G_Loomis_Conquest_MBR_Casting_Rods/descpage-LCQ.html

Japan release is scheduled April 2018

Hard to believe they aren't in the North American market

Search Shimano Conguest rods, it shows up as Shimano-G.Loomis Conquest rods.

Appearntly Shimano is phasing out the G.Loomis name they own.

That is pretty funny. They were just on there when I was checking out the specs a couple days ago... can't imagine the web designer forgetting the flagship rod. Maybe they're still in the process of getting that page uploaded to the new site.

Yup, little on websites, but tackle wearhouse has them listed as Shimano, but don't see them on the Shimano site

I hope they don't remove the cool little paragraphs they often have describing the rods and their best uses.

this was always one of the coolest things about the loomis website and catalogues. No one else really did this and it set them apart.

Don't F it up Shimano

You know, this isn't the first time that website has been erroneous.  The have had wrong models and specs on rods before and whoever is responsible for their web-design appears to have a habit of pulling the trigger on displaying new web designs without it being completely finished or proof read.  Let's hope this is the case again and all the rods slowly make an appearance instead of being some goofy business plan to scrub the G Loomis name off the Conquest.

As a side opinion, I am not a fan of this new web design.  WAY too busy when trying to find a specific model of rod.
